This SMS Program Terms & Consent (“SMS Terms”) governs the Brickell Private Lending SMS messaging program operated by Brickell Int’l LLC (“Brickell,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These SMS Terms apply only to text messaging communications and are separate from our Terms of Service.
By providing your mobile phone number, opting in through any approved method, or otherwise participating in our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from us in accordance with these SMS Terms.
Program Description
Brickell Private Lending may send SMS messages for informational and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
• Loan inquiries and follow-ups
• Application updates
• Appointment reminders
• General company updates and offers
Message content may vary based on your interaction with us.
Opt-In Methods
Customers may opt in to receive SMS messages from Brickell Private Lending (Brickell Int’l LLC) through one or more of the following methods:
• Submitting a website form that includes a phone number field and an unchecked checkbox agreeing to receive text messages
• Texting JOIN to (877) 812-2894
• Providing written consent during an in-person interaction
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
You may receive approximately 2–4 messages per month, though frequency may vary depending on your engagement with our Services.
Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
